The goals of the ISCA are to liaison with lovers and collectors of Shiwan ceramics;

to solicit them to be members of the Association; to organize regular meetings for exchange of knowledge and experience; 

to publish journals and establish a website to promote Shiwan art;

to organize visits to Shiwan and museums that have collections of Shiwan ceramics;

 and to arrange with museums for exhibition of members collections.
